Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to cancel Finvio Premium and when you can get a refund.

Last updated: October 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to Finvio Premium, an auto-renewing digital subscription sold in the Finvio app. You can pay with UPI AutoPay or a debit/credit card through Razorpay, or with Google Play billing. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.

2. Cancelling your subscription

  • •You can cancel at any time in the app: Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription.
  • •If you paid with Google Play, cancel in the Google Play Store app: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  • •After you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
  • •Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current period, except in the cases listed in section 4.
  • •You can also revoke a UPI AutoPay mandate from your UPI app. This stops future charges in the same way as cancelling.

3. Free trials and introductory prices

  • •Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
  • •To set up UPI AutoPay or a card mandate, your bank may place a small verification charge (usually ₹5) that is refunded automatically.
  • •If you do not cancel, the plan price shown at checkout is charged when the trial ends, and on every renewal after that.
  • •Free trials and introductory prices are available once per account.

4. When we refund

  • •You were charged twice for the same period — the duplicate charge is refunded in full.
  • •You were charged after you had cancelled — that charge is refunded in full.
  • •Premium did not activate after a successful payment and our team could not fix it within 2 working days — the payment is refunded in full.
  • •Any other case where we are required to refund under applicable law.

5. When we do not refund

  • •Partial use of a billing period — for example, cancelling halfway through a month or a year.
  • •Forgetting to cancel before a renewal or before a free trial ended, once the renewal reminder has been sent.
  • •A change of mind after Premium has been delivered and used.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@finvio.in within 7 days of the charge, from the email address on your Finvio account, with your receipt number (Settings → Subscription → Payment history). We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds for UPI and card payments are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. Google Play purchases are refunded under Google Play’s refund policy. You can request one directly from Google Play, or write to us and we will help.

7. Failed renewals

If a renewal payment fails, we retry it automatically for a few days and keep Premium on in the meantime. If it still fails, Premium is paused until you restart it from Settings → Subscription. You are never charged for a period in which Premium was paused.

8. Price changes

Existing subscriptions continue at the price you subscribed at. If we ever need to change the price of an active subscription, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before the new price applies.
